This is an ALL OC (Original Character) and Mature board. Dealing with violence, drug abuse, and sexual content.
This is the future. Where drug and crime rates have sky rocketed, since the reveal of mutants in the world. High powered crime bosses are often the most powerful. Mutants are divided into classes, depending on who they work for and how useful their powers are. Homosapiens have become the minority, often working for low wages.
Kennith Irons is the man behind the murders/drugs/prostitution in NYC, he has the toughest bodyguards and the most dangerous sadistic killers any man can buy.
The NYC police department is basically owned by him. Police are paid to look the other way, but not everyone is looking away. Some are refusing the bribes and spreading justice throughout New York.
There has been a rival that has come to New York from Tokyo (A place that is just as bad or even worse than New York), just as powerful just as dangerous as Irons. There has been an all out war between the two dangerous men and their employees, as well as one between mutants and the diminishing population of homosapiens. Not to mention the fight for Justice and what it used to be.
